How I verified AI-generated references

I didn’t accept the AI-generated references at face value. I verified each one myself — checking article titles, authors, journals, and DOIs through Google Scholar, Crossref, publisher sites, and university repositories. I took this extra step because AI can sometimes give inaccurate or even fabricated citation details.
