Will pressing power twice on Sky Q and then TV affect my Sky Q on a Panasonic TV?

Short answer: No — you don’t need to worry. What you did won’t have damaged the Sky Q box and it shouldn’t change the normal behavior.

• Pressing the Sky Q remote power (shut) twice probably just first sent a “standby” command to the Sky Q box and the second press either did nothing or repeated that command. Sky boxes ignore extra power commands when already going to standby.
• Pressing the TV remote afterwards sent the TV’s power-off command (via IR or HDMI-CEC). That just turned the Panasonic off and won’t affect the Sky Q box’s settings.
