How do I make a rat?

I’m not sure what you mean by “make a rat.” Do you mean one of these?

• Build a realistic model or craft rat (paper, clay, felt, 3D print)?
• Draw or paint a rat (step‑by‑step drawing instructions)?
• Breed, raise, or keep a pet rat (care, housing, legality)?
• Create a virtual/animated rat (game asset, 3D model)?
• Build a robot that looks like a rat (robotics/prototype)?

Tell me which you mean and what materials, tools, or skill level you have, and I’ll give a clear step‑by‑step guide. If you mean breeding or keeping live animals, say so — I’ll include legal, ethical, and care considerations.
