Have humans found any alien aircraft’s?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, there has been no verified evidence that humans have discovered any alien spacecraft or aircraft. While there have been numerous reports of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and claims of encounters, most of these have been attributed to natural phenomena, human-made objects, or haven't been conclusively identified. Governments and organizations, including the U.S. military and NASA, have studied UFO phenomena, and there has been increased interest and transparency regarding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). However, definitive proof of extraterrestrial spacecraft has not been presented to the public. Scientific exploration for extraterrestrial life continues through various means, including the study of exoplanets and the search for signals from other civilizations, but as of now, no alien aircraft have been confirmed to exist or have been recovered.
