Schumer's motives seem clear: he is using this narrative to sow division and rally his base to vote for the left. Furthermore, the left continues to advocate for gender transitioning in children, which is a deeply troubling proposition. The idea of subjecting minors to such procedures is alarming and should be condemned. Many Americans agree that child transitioning should be prohibited altogether. It is disturbing to see California officials suing hospitals for refusing to participate in these practices.
