Write a poem about walking through the forest and night when there is a full moon
Beneath the silver canopy of night,
Where whispering leaves in the cool breeze sway,
I wander deep where shadows bathe in light,
In the embrace of moonbeams' soft ballet.
The forest breathes, a world both calm and grand,
Where ancient trees stand tall, their secrets keep,
And in their gnarled roots, the dreams expand,
While woodland creatures stir from tranquil sleep.
The path is painted with a ghostly glow,
As beams cascade like rivers on the ground,
Each step is woven with the night’s soft flow,
Where echoes of the dusk’s sweet song abound.
A silver cloak that drapes the night in grace,
Illuminates each branch and fern with care,
The full moon casts its gaze, an endless space,
As if to say, “In calm, you may repair.”
The owls call softly from their shadowed height,
A serenade that dances through the trees,
While fireflies twinkle, stars that lost their flight,
And weave their magic in the night’s cool breeze.
In this enchanted realm, my heart takes wing,
With every whisper of the world alive,
Here, nature sings the songs that always cling,
A sacred stillness where my spirit thrives.
So let me roam beneath this moonlit dome,
Where every shadow is a friend who waits,
In the embrace of nature, I feel at home,
Lost in the forest, as the night elevates.
