As they journeyed, the family encountered new people, some of whom were friendly and welcoming, while others were hostile and suspicious. The family learned that by treating others with kindness and respect, they were able to make friends wherever they went. Through these encounters, they also realized that the world outside their little village was a much bigger and diverse place than they had previously imagined.
