Why do all animals have to live in the woods?

Not all animals live in the woods; animals can inhabit a wide variety of ecosystems, including deserts, grasslands, wetlands, oceans, and urban environments, among others. The habitats animals choose depend on their specific adaptations, needs, and survival strategies. Forests do provide rich resources for many species, such as food and shelter, which is why some animals thrive there. However, different species have evolved to exploit other environments where they can find the resources they need to survive. For example, desert animals have adaptations to cope with extreme heat and limited water, while aquatic animals are adapted to life in water. In summary, while many animals may be found in wooded areas, a diverse range of habitats supports animal life across the globe. Each ecosystem offers unique opportunities and challenges that shape the species living there.
