Who is trump
Donald Trump is an American businessman, television personality, and politician who served as the 45th president of the United States from January 20, 2017, to January 20, 2021. Born on June 14, 1946, in Queens, New York City, he joined his family's real estate business, the Trump Organization, after graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Before entering politics, Trump gained fame as a real estate mogul and the host of the reality television show "The Apprentice." He announced his candidacy for president in June 2015 as a Republican and won the party's nomination in 2016, defeating Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in the general election.
Trump's presidency was marked by significant controversy, including his policies on immigration, trade, and foreign relations, as well as two impeachment trials. After losing the 2020 presidential election to Joe Biden, Trump continued to be a prominent figure in the Republican Party and American politics.
As of my last update in October 2023, Trump remains a leading voice within the party, with ongoing discussions about his potential candidacy for future elections.
