What is a vanishing point, in terms of drawing? Explain this to a kid.

A vanishing point is a special point that you look towards when you're drawing something like a road or a hallway. When you draw these things, they start out big at the bottom and get smaller as they go off into the distance. The vanishing point is where all the lines in your picture seem to meet, like they're disappearing into the distance. It helps make your drawing look more realistic and three-dimensional. Think of it as the point where all the lines in your drawing get smaller and smaller until they disappear.
