, there were some environmental factors, such as extreme weather, which impacted my ability to perform my job. On days when the temperature was too hot, the kitchen became difficult to work in and the quality of the coffee drinks was subject to the weather. Additionally, the volume of customers was dependent on the season, with summer typically being busier than winter. This made it difficult to maintain consistent quality levels on busy days. Finally, with the pandemic, my hours were greatly reduced, as the number of customers had decreased significantly. This impacted my ability to provide the same quality of service as I was accustomed to.
