The meeting was organized by the Anova Health Institute in collaboration with the Department of Health at Tsineng Clinic. The purpose of the event was to raise awareness about hypertension, coinciding with May as Hypertension Month. I participated in this event to gather information and facilitate networking, which will assist me in future wellness talks that I will conduct on-site. The insights gained will also help me support workers who are on chronic medication for hypertension.
