To discover more about the ongoing initiatives and the new opportunities, I frequently interact with the Account team and my on-site counterpart. As a result, we added two senior resources to the Account project, increasing our revenue.

The additional team also allowed us to distribute the workload and opened up more opportunities to explore innovative ways of reaching the target audience as well as expanding our outreach and making it more efficient by leveraging technology. Additionally, I keep in touch with the regional product owners, our partner’s management team, and decision-makers to better understand the present and upcoming projects, their requirements and the scope of work. Doing so enables me to identify how our team can best support the client and meet their needs.
