There were no escalations in any of the projects. We faced issues in clearing the billing for PPS project, later on we got support from Account team and resolved it.

For another project, there were some communication issues due to language barrier between our team and client team. We addressed the issue simply by improving the communication between both teams, which led to smoother outcomes.
