Tell us more about yourself in an interview as a customer service agent?
I have over 5 years of customer service experience in both retail and call center settings. I have a passion for interacting with people and helping them solve their problems. I'm able to keep a level head when dealing with tricky customers, and I'm an excellent listener. I'm also comfortable with using computers and other technology to help me serve customers better. Overall, my goal is to provide customers with the best service possible, and I'm confident that I would be able to do that as a customer service agent.
