During my time as a student, I had the opportunity to display leadership skills while organizing a community service project for our school's environmental club. Our goal was to raise awareness about recycling and initiate a campus-wide clean-up event. Recognizing the importance of teamwork and clear communication, I began by assembling a diverse group of volunteers, including students from various grades and backgrounds. To ensure everyone was well-informed and engaged, I scheduled a series of planning meetings where we could discuss our ideas and delegate tasks based on individual strengths.
