Monitor changes to ensure that no changes are made without approval.
Track and maintain all relevant documentation.
Determine if changes are in compliance with regulations and/or policies.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all changes are implemented properly.
Keep stakeholders up-to-date on change status.
