Diligently analyze the change proposal in order to identify the risks involved 4. Make sure changes are approved and controlled in a consistent manner. 5. Develop and maintain a robust version control system. 6. Monitor changes to ensure that no changes are made without approval. 7. Track and maintain all relevant documentation. 8. Determine if changes are in compliance with regulations and/or policies. 9. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all changes are implemented properly. 10. Keep stakeholders up-to-date on change status.
