Preteen thumbs

of the artist with her easel and paintbrushes I'm a preteen girl with a passion for painting and creating art. My love for art started when I was very young, and I have been drawing and painting ever since. My parents always encouraged me to be creative and expressed their love for art in various ways. They would take me to art galleries and museums, and I would be in awe of the beautiful paintings and sculptures. I remember being so inspired and wanting to create my own art. When I was about 9 years old, I asked my parents if I could take art classes. They were thrilled and signed me up for a beginner's course. I was nervous at first, but as soon as I held a paintbrush in my hand, I knew I was meant to be an artist. I loved the feeling of putting brush to canvas and creating something from my imagination. My art teacher was very encouraging and taught me different techniques and mediums. I experimented with watercolor, acrylic, and oil paints, and each one had a unique quality that I loved. As I got older, my love for art only grew stronger. I started attending art camps during the summer and would spend hours painting and chatting with other young artists. I also started participating in art competitions and showcases, which helped me gain more confidence in my abilities. Now, as a preteen, I have my own collection of art supplies and a little studio space in my room. I spend most of my free time painting and drawing, and I never get tired of it. I love trying out new techniques and subjects, and I'm constantly learning and improving my skills. Being an artist is not just a hobby for me, it's a way of expressing myself and connecting with the world around me. I hope to continue creating art for years to come and inspire others to do the same. Who knows, maybe one day my paintings will be hanging in galleries just like the ones I used to visit with my parents.
