I recently delivered excellent customer service to a client who was unhappy with the quality of the product they had received. I empathized with the customer's frustrations and calmly discussed options for resolution. I offered a reasonable but fair full refund, even though this was outside of the normal refund policy. I communicated the solution and the process to have the refund processed to the customer, ensuring they felt heard and supported.
