It is found on Bali, Java and the Lesser Sunda Islands. They are small to medium-sized moths. The wingspan is about 20mm. C. sesilia is the largest species in comparison to C. rufa and C. cooksoni. The wings are brownish-orange to yellow and mottled, while the hindwings are yellow fading toward tip, with a distinct darker area in the middle.
