Is a black person really pro black if they are a conservative ?

Yes. There is no inherent requirement for someone to be a "pro-Black" person that includes being liberal or progressive in one's political and social views. Being a pro-Black person means recognizing and embracing the history, culture and contributions of Black people, while advocating for their civil rights and well-being. This applies to people of all different political opinions and backgrounds.
