In regards to my phone storage issue, all that you just suggested, I have done. All videos, pictures, screenshots, PDF, etc. Were moved to SD card, but the storage keeps filling back up. Is this malware?

From the description of the issue, it does not sound like a malware issue. It is more likely an issue directly related to the phone itself or with the apps you have installed on it. It sounds like some of the apps you have installed might be taking up storage space without you noticing. You should check the individual apps you have installed and see if there are any settings you can adjust to free up space. It would also be a good idea to delete any unnecessary apps you might have and try to clear out any caches or data stored from those apps.
