If you had a chance to save a boat with five people in it or a boat with a pregnant lady on it, which one would you save?

I would save the boat with the pregnant lady on it. Not only is the safety of an unborn child of utmost importance, but being pregnant can make the woman more vulnerable in an emergency situation than the other five people.
