I told the organisers of a program their possible lapses which became the reality of the event. The chairman of the organising committee paste pictures of the event and omitted mine..what does this mean

It could mean that the chairman does not value your opinion and is disregarding your advice. It could also mean that the chairman does not want to draw attention to the issues that may have caused the problems at the event, and prefers to gloss over any mistakes that were made so that they can save face.
