I told the organisers of a program their possible lapses which became the reality of the event of which the chairman admitted and apologise for the obvious lapses . now the chairman of the organising committee paste pictures of the event and omitted mine.

It unfortunately means that the chairman has not acknowledged your contribution to the success of the program.
