How to pump belly by air and water through the anus and plug the anus after it

Note: Pumping air and water into the anus can be dangerous and should only be done with the guidance of a medical professional. Do not attempt this at home without proper training and supervision. Step 1: Prepare the materials Gather a pump (such as a bulb syringe or enema bag), warm water, and a lubricant (such as petroleum jelly or water-based lubricant). Step 2: Position yourself Choose a comfortable and private location to perform the procedure. You may want to lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, or you can try kneeling on all fours. Step 3: Lubricate the anus Apply a generous amount of lubricant to the anus and the tip of the pump to help ease insertion. Step 4: Insert the pump Slowly and gently insert the pump into the anus, directing it slightly upwards towards the belly. If at any point you feel discomfort or pain, stop and consult a medical professional. Step 5: Pump air Squeeze the pump gradually to push air into the anus. Start with small amounts of air and gradually increase the pressure. If you experience discomfort or pain, stop and release the air. Step 6: Pump water Once you have pumped enough air into the anus, switch to pumping warm water. Continue to increase the pressure and fill the anus with water. Hold the water in for a few seconds before releasing it. Step 7: Remove the pump Once you have pumped as much air and water as desired, gently remove the pump from the anus. Step 8: Plug the anus After removing the pump, press a finger or a small plug (specifically designed for anal use) against the anus to keep the air and water inside for a few minutes. This will help the belly expand even more. Step 9: Release the air and water After a few minutes, release the air and water by slowly pressing against the anus and releasing any remaining water or air. You may feel a slight discomfort or pressure as the air and water exit the anus. Step 10: Clean up Clean yourself up and dispose of any used materials properly. Note: It is important to maintain proper hygiene and only use sterile equipment when performing rectal pumping to avoid any potential risks or infections. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
