Purpose: The purpose of this return plan is to provide artists with a fair and just remuneration for the sale of their art works through the auctioneer on social media. II. Program Overview: This plan articulates the remuneration process to artists whose work has been sold through an online auctioneer on a social media platform. Under this return plan, artists will be eligible to receive up to 70% of the profit of the sale of their artwork. III. Eligibility Requirements: In order to be eligible for the return plan, the artist must meet the following criteria: • Have one or more works of art listed for Sale through an online auctioneer on a social media platform • Be actively engaged in sharing and promoting their artwork • Have not received a return from any other source • Must abide by the terms and conditions of the social media platform IV. Return Process: The return plan will provide a straightforward process for artists to receive up to 70% of the profits of the sale of their artwork. • The auctioneer will provide the artist with a list of all sales for the artist’s work • The artist will provide proof of identity and proof of ownership of the artwork • The auctioneer will then pay the artist 70% of the profits of the sale of their artwork • Any remaining profits left after the artist’s return will be attributed to the auctioneer V. Support Services: The artist will be provided with support services throughout the return process, including but not limited to: •Guidance and assistance with the process •Ongoing communication throughout the process •Help with any questions or concerns VI. T&C: By participating in the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Return Plan, the artist agrees to abide by the official Terms and Conditions applicable to the return plan.
