apply the concept of perception-action coupling to volleyball by describing a situation in which you have perceived information and acted, and then perceived new information because of your action.
I was playing volleyball in an outdoor beach match. In order to score a point, I had to hit the ball over the net, so I jumped up and sent the ball into the air. As the ball sailed over the net, I had to adjust my perception of the situation and quickly act to defend against my opponents' spike, so I moved my body back in anticipation. Once I was in position, I also perceived that my opponents' hit was going to land in the back corner of the court, and I had to quickly act again in order to get into a position to defend that part of the court. My action helped me save the point and I was able to help my team win the overall match.
