latest opensues version

As of my last update in October 2023, the latest version of openSUSE is openSUSE Leap 15.4, which was released on June 2, 2022. However, the Tumbleweed version is a rolling release and is continuously updated with the latest packages. For the most current version and any new releases after October 2023, I recommend checking the official openSUSE website or their announcements page.
